AOL White list

AOL offers a White List form that you can fill out to help with delivery to AOL subscribers. Follow the directions below and then fill out the White List form with AOL.

First you must set up reverse DNS of your private IP address with Email System to mention your companies’ domain to validate ownership.

1) Change your mailengine name so that it references your domain name.

We can change the private mailengine name associated with the account to a subdomain of your domain that points only to your Email System IP address. i.e mailengine.yourdomname.com

To do this, we would need you to make a few DNS modifications.

2 changes need to be made:

Choose a subdomain to use (i.e. mailengine.yourdomainname.com), and then 1) point the A record to your private mailengine IP address, and 2) create an mx record that points to bouncer.Email System.com.

After you do this, please contact us via support ticket with the subdomain you have chosen and we will make changes on our servers to complete the process (and configure reverse dns).
