Sometimes a csv file will add extra hidden characters or spaces which cause problems when trying to upload in Email System. Open the file in excel copy all the data then open up a notepad file and paste the data as is. Save the notepad file without making and changes. Then upload your notepad file in Email System using tab as the separating character. Generally this will fix the problem however if you are still having problems with the upload please let us know.
