I have confirmed that the email was recieved and viewed by a couple email addresses but neither of them show up on the list of unique views.

There are generally only a few why a unique view is not recorded.

Before proceeding, download the list of Unique Views and open it in Excel. Search for the email address of the recepients you know have received and viewed your message. We suggest downloading because you may have missed the recipients on the actual view page. The other option is to browse the report page by page and look for the recipients email addresses.

If you still cannot find the recipient on the list, then the following possibilities exist:
  1. It is possible that recipients are running email programs that block images from displaying in. If the email client blocks images, then it may also be blocking view notifications.

  2. If you sent a multi-type message- one that has both HTML and text, then this second possibility can apply. The recipients may not not have an email program that supports HTML. If the email client only supports text, then the view will not be tracked.

  3. You sent a Text only message. View statistics are not tracked for a text only question.
