I sent my message using ASAP, but it still hasn't been sent out. Why?

The Email Marketing system schedules a message in the email delivery queue when you select ASAP for send time. Once in the queue, the Email Marketing system mail engine can take from 5 to 30 minutes to pick up the message.

Click on the View Email Reports navigation link to make sure that your message is scheduled in the delivery queue.
