I sent my message using ASAP, but it still hasn't been sent out. Why?
The Email Marketing system schedules a message in the email delivery queue when you select ASAP for send time. Once in the queue, the Email Marketing system mail engine can take from 5 to 30 minutes to pick up the message.
Click on the View Email Reports navigation link to make sure that your message is scheduled in the delivery queue.
Why can't I send more than 1 message every 24 hours?

My message was undeliverable to a specific address, even though it's valid. Why?
A soft bounce is usually caused by the recipient's mail server being temporarily unavailable. A second attempt should go through with no errors.Please see this article if you feel that your email received a very large number of email bounces as seen through your email report.
