1.����� Click Create & Save Email from the Custom Saved Emails menu on the left.
2.����� Key in a name for the mail message in the Email name box. The remaining two fields, Description and Subject, are optional.
3.����� Select one of the following three options:
������ Create an email template with both HTML and text version. � Click this to send both, HTML and text, versions of your email. For further instructions, follow steps 5 and 6, and then steps 10 through 12.
������ Create a text-only email template. � Click this to send only the text version of your email. For further instructions, follow steps 10 through 12.
������ Create an email template using our pre-built template. � Click this to use the email templates provided by the application. For further instructions, follow steps 7 through 12.
4.����� Click Continue to Step 2.
5.����� If you want to use an HTML file that is already uploaded on the Internet, key in its URL in the Enter URL to HTML File: box. Click Fetch HTML so the e-mail marketing software can get the message from the specified URL.
If the required HTML file is saved on your computer, type its complete path in the Or upload a HTML file: box or use the Browse and Upload buttons to do so.
Alternatively, create your own HTML file by using the HTML Editor and Image Manager supported by the e-mail marketing software. Using the HTML Editor will show the code in Or enter HTML: box. If you want, instead of using the HTML Editor you can also directly enter the HTML code in this box.
Click Preview email to check how your email will appear to your subscribers.
6.����� Click Continue to Step 3. Skip to step 10 and follow the subsequent instructions through step 12.
7.����� Depending on the purpose of your email select one of the following templates:�
������ Newsletter/E-Zine
������ Product Promo
������ E-Stationary
Click View link of a template to preview its layout.
8.����� Click Enter Content into Template.
9.����� Click the relevant links to insert and edit colors, text, and images. Click Continue to Step 3.
10.� Type text version of the message in Enter text version: box to ensure that users who are not HTML enabled can receive your message.�Click Preview email to see how the message will appear to the viewers.
11.� Click Continue to Step 4.
12.� From the Choose List pull-down menu, select a list for which you created the email and click Select.
